Commercial Aviation operates an air ambulance service under contract with the Ontario Air Ambulance Service Corporation and as such has performed air transfers for the past 20 years.

Commercial Aviation is proudly affiliated with Ornge, a non-profit organization, was appointed in July 2005 by the province of Ontario Ministry of Health to co-ordinate all aspects of Ontario’s air ambulance system and began operations January 2006. Ornge sets the guidelines for medical transfer in the province of Ontario. Commercial Aviation's flight paramedics are
trained and certified by Ontario Air Ambulance Service Corporation.
